v0.100 “Frostbound Steel” landed January 1st, sticking around till the 31st – and I’ve been glued to it grinding ever since. Straight-up Russian Navy overload, clan wars that force real strategy, and heli controls that don’t suck anymore. Dug into all of it already.

Swappable gear keeps it versatile. Four missile bays shine – I’ve slotted laser-guides and HQ26s for splash denial. One cannon cramps things, but dual GLs pick up slack.

Torpedoes? Dead weight now. Players hug cover at range; they barely land unless the enemy’s braindead. Air defenses pack five slots total, solid coverage. Autocannons would’ve crushed, but this setup fights fine.

Looks killer, stands out. Hits subs, ships, even air with the MG. Fighters chew it without AA though. 85.9 knots ain’t blazing, but 58 agility dodges fire well.

Nothing jumps out. Numbers sit middle-pack. 78 knots base speed drags without boost. Missiles and bombs handle ships, skips subs. 40s respawn standard. All-out burst hit 180k in tests – okay, not VIP caliber.

Pitted it head-on with HQ26 – loses hard. HQ26 splash 2,600 crushes 750 here. 350s reload edges it, 524 knots tops 505, but weak blast kills the upside.

1s lock solid, 100m boom fine. Decent pick, doesn’t dethrone the king.

311 knots crawls. 194 start, 3s ramp-up lags hits. 100 splash and radius multitasks okay.

Seahawk Sigma smokes it usually, but surface-air flex fits tight slots.



USS Shiloh: Ranked Shop American Addition

CG-67’s the lone US standout – ranked currency grabs it.

T3 cruiser packs punch, stats compete, bays scream missiles. Dual HVPs plus GLs lock zones, suppress hard. Free if you’ve farmed points.

Kamikaze drone, laser AA. Tested on Friday-class: 251k smackdown, beat expectations. Speed demands perfect setup though.

Battle Windows: Daily double, 2 hours each. Locked outside.

Premium needed for uniques. Secret Facility? 10k gold – steeper than warships. Looks dope, moody details everywhere.

Professional Helicopter Controls: Game-Changer

Manual alt up to 1km – begged for this ages (pre-tank battles even).

Default Settings: Arcade
Professional Controls: Settings > heli > Ace Combat (aircraft match)

Tested on Mi-42: climb, drop, hover free. Scrambles old heli paths.

Tweak incoming, but pairs perfect with anti-flare guns, multi-target cannons. Tactics explode.

  • Clan Wars ramps stakes. Lockouts demand depth, backups. Windows pack clan hype tight. Boosts long-haul play.
  • Ports look sharp, Secret Facility nails vibe – but 10k gold pastes paywall stupid. Combat ships cheaper; fix with alts.
  • RF Vladimir Andreev fights smart. S-400 blankets sky, swaps keep it fresh. Torps flop in cover meta – more missiles would’ve ruled. Grind-worthy.
  • Mi-42 Comet delivers. Sub/ship/air mix, 85.9kph/58 turn sweet spot – not quickest, sticks turns.
  • MiG-27K Flogger-J2 meh. Middling numbers, 78k base crawl, no subs. 180k burst fine, not VIP fire.
  • Shtil-1 solid, HQ26 laps it (2.6k vs 750 splash). 524kph nudge, 1s lock, fast cycle – not swapping.
  • Komar niche flex – ships/planes one slot. 311kph drags, 3s accel hurts. Sigma stronger usually, but fits gaps.
  • Camouflages overcrowded. Sirin, Knights, Boat blur out. Ice Fortress crisper.
  • USS Shiloh US grind gem. Ranked-free, missile focus dominates.
  • Russian heavy, Shiloh lone west rep. Mechanics pop (helis, clans), free ships compete, bugs squashed. Depth sans grind walls.
  • Pulled all key intel – stats, tests, takes. One-stop.
  • Modern Warships still evolving – wild for crossplat. Frostbound Steel sticks.
